Abstract

This research, which I called: Linguistic Sources in the Balance of Ibn Jinnī’s Critique; "An Analytical Critical Study”, outlines general judgments that bear praise or slander Ibn Jinnī, a linguist, launched towards books published by other scholars. It also includes a study of the judgments, and their implications in the linguistics studies of this linguist.
