Abstract

Rasfu’l Ma’ani (by Al-Malaqui) and Al-Jana Ad-Dani (by Al-Muradi): A Comparative Study between “Rasfu’l Ma’ani” (a book by Al-Malaqui, 702H, on particular linguistics - Huruf al-Ma’ani) and “Al-Jana Ad-Dani” (a book by Al-Muradi, 749 Hijri of the same theme The study includes an introduction, followed by a briefing on the biography of the two authors. It provides a general explanation of both books and a methodological comparison in terms of linguistics and the sources from the holy Quran, Hadith, and poetry. The comparative study also addresses the debates between the two authors and ends with a conclusion and remarks.
