Moral values are one of the foundations of legislation in Islamic jurisprudenc

Abstract

This research aims to clarify the nature of moral values and the extent to which they are related to jurisprudence, in addition to the rooting of moral values as inference and justification for jurisprudence rulings, and it has followed the inductive-analytical approach. He concluded that moral values are one of the foundations of legislation in Islamic jurisprudence. The jurists based them on various jurisprudential rulings as inference and explanation, in addition to their martyrdom and justification for other rulings with specific moral values, Such as optimism, modesty, kindness, loyalty and good faith.
