Abstract

Doctrinal issues learned from the Battle of the Patcher


Among the most prominent sources on which the law was based, his Sunnah - may God bless him and grant him peace - whether it was deeds, sayings or behaviors, and in his forays - may God bless him and grant him peace - what unites all of this, and among the most prominent of these invasions that have received many jurisprudential rak'ah raids


In this research, I liked to collect jurisprudential issues learned from the Battle of Al-Raqqa in the section on transactions and the jurisprudence of the family, and its study of jurisprudence.


The research was divided into two sections, preface, and included a summary of the Battle of the patchwork and its most prominent events.


The first topic: contains jurisprudential issues learned from the Battle of Al-Rabaqah in the section of transactions.


The second topic: contains jurisprudential issues learned from the Battle of Al-Raqqa in the chapter on family jurisprudence.
