Abstract

The world today is experiencing a fourth industrial revolution that will change the image of the world in the near future.


This fourth revolution is driven by artificial intelligence with its various applications and various branches, including autonomous vehicles and Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) (drones), which are expected to take over the fields of shipping, delivery, and transportation in the coming years.


Therefore, we wanted to clarify in this study the legal and regulatory frameworks related to its operation, safety procedures and operating rules, and determine the criminal and civil liability arising from its damages, depending on the jurisprudence Islamic and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
