Abstract

This research addresses the topic of participation in permissible activities and its qualification as a partnership of bodies, given its significance in wealth acquisition and market activation, especially in the contemporary context of high unemployment rates. The research comprises two sections: the first section defines the concepts and terminology used, while the second section discusses the legal ruling on participation in permissible activities and its qualification as a partnership of bodies. The research concludes with a summary of its main findings. The study concludes that "Company of Bodies" in permissible matters is a subject of scholarly debate regarding its permissibility. However, the researcher inclines towards the validity of "Company of Bodies" in permissible matters.
