Sharia Committees Its definition, specialization, graduation, and provisions

Abstract

This research deals with the definition of Sharia committees in Islamic financial institutions, the appropriate name for them, and a reference to one of the practices of the Islamic financial industry, which is the Supreme Sharia Committee of the Central Bank of the country. The research also referred to the jurisdictions of the Sharia committees, the scope of their work, and the jurisprudential graduation of their work with institutions.  The research reviewed the most prominent jurisprudential rulings related to Sharia committees in their work performance.
