Abstract

This research deals with an important issue facing the Islamic community, which is finding an appropriate alternative to the facts and developments facing people, by clarifying the prophetic approach in dealing with accidents in various fields of life by diagnosing problems and then treating them in the easiest way without causing hardship to people. And that is by collecting the hadiths of the Prophet, which included alternatives, and presenting them to people to benefit from them and apply them in their lives, so the prophetic guidance will be a beacon for the Islamic nation and its scholars in solving the problems facing society, in accordance with the standards and purposes of Sharia
