Abstract
This study examines bullying as a criminal offense through two main sections. The first section explains the concept of bullying, its historical development, its causes, and its legal status under both Islamic law and the Saudi legal system. The second section discusses the legal elements and types of bullying, the penalties prescribed for it, and the methods of combating bullying under Islamic law and the Saudi legal system.
