Abstract
Abstract
This study examines the questions posed by Imam Ibrahim Ibn Abi Talib to a number of prominent scholars, which are scattered throughout various classical sources. The researcher collected and analyzed these questions, identifying a total of five: two addressed to Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal, one to Imam Abu Qudamah Ubayd Allah ibn Sa'id al-Sarakhsi, and two to Imam Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj.
The study aims to:
- Collect the questions of Al-Hafiz Ibrahim Ibn Abi Talib.
- Analyze these questions through a scholarly study.
The research adopts the inductive and analytical approach.
The study is organized into an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. The introduction presents a biographical account of Ibrahim Ibn Abi Talib. The first section discusses questions related to narrators (rijal), while the second examines questions concerning Hadith and its jurisprudential implications. The conclusion summarizes the major findings of the study.
