Abstract
Abstract
The issue of whether a boy should remain in a preferred row alongside adults, or whether he should be moved behind them when he arrives at the preferred place before them, is a recurring question. This has prompted the researcher to study the issue systematically by examining its different circumstances and the opinions of Islamic jurists concerning it in order to determine its legal ruling.
Research Questions:
- What are the circumstances in which a boy is moved back from the row?
- What are the opinions of Islamic jurists regarding moving a boy back from the row?
- Which of these opinions is considered the stronger view?
Research Methodology:
The study employs the following main approaches:
- The inductive approach:by identifying the various circumstances in which a boy is moved back from the row.
- The descriptive approach:by presenting the opinions of Islamic jurists and their evidence.
Main Finding:
The stronger view in both situations—whether the adults and boys arrive together or the boy arrives at the preferred place before the adults—is that the adult should move the boy back.
