ما استظهره الأبذي من كلام سيبويه: دراسة وصفية تحليلية

Abstract

الملخص

             الظاهر من مصطلحات أصول الفقه التي استعان بها النحويون، ومن العلماء الذين عُني النحويون ببيان ظاهر كلامهم سيبويه؛ إذ إن كتابه اختلف العلماءُ في فهم بعض ألفاظه، والوصول إلى مُراده فعُنوا ببيانها، والوقوف على مراده منها، ومن العلماء الذين بيَّنوا ظاهر كلامه أبو الحسن الأبذيُّ في شرح الجزولية؛ إذ استدعى في مواضع من شرحه أحكامًا لسيبويه ونصَّ على أنَّها ظاهرُ كلامه، فجمعتُها، ودرستُها، وخلُصت إلى أنَّ الظاهر بمعناه الأصولي جاء عند الأبذي في خمسة عشر موضعًا متنوعًا؛ منها ثلاثة عشر موضعًا في النحو، وموضعٌ واحدٌ في الصرف، وموضعٌ واحدٌ في التفسير اللغوي.

Abstract

The concept of al-ẓāhir (apparent meaning) is one of the terms derived from the fundamentals of Islamic jurisprudence that Arabic grammarians drew upon. Among the scholars whose statements received particular attention with regard to their apparent meaning is Sibawayh, as scholars differed in their understanding of some expressions in his work and sought to clarify their meaning and intended interpretation. One of the scholars who addressed the apparent meaning of Sibawayh’s statements is Abū al-Ḥasan al-Abadhī in his commentary on al-Muqaddima al-Jazūliyya, where he cites, in several places, grammatical judgments attributed to Sibawayh and explicitly identifies them as representing the apparent meaning of his words. This study collects analyzes these instances and conclud that al-ẓāhir, in its juristic sense, appears in al-Abadhī’s work in fifteen instances, which fall into three orientations: grammatical, morphological, and lexical.
