Abstract

This study aimed to identify kindergarten teachers level of awareness of artificial intelligence applications in developing kindergarten children's reading skills letter knowledge and phonemic awareness to achieve the objectives the researcher used the descriptive survey method the researcher prepared a questionnaire that was applied to a sample of kindergarten teachers in private kindergartens in Riyadh on the purpose of sample of (320) teachers the study results concluded that kindergarten teachers awareness of artificial intelligence applications was at an average level in both the areas of digital stories and educational games to develop reading skills the results also showed the lack of sufficient training courses in this field which was reflected in the limited practical application of these technologies accordingly the study recommended with several recommendations including the need to develop training programs for kindergarten teachers on the effective use of artificial intelligence applications to support reading skills and to encourage the integration of digital stories and educational games into the educational process
