Student Teachers' Perceived Satisfaction about Field Supervision in Special Education at the Hashemite University and its Relationship with Some Variables

Abstract

This study aims at measuring the perceived satisfaction with training field supervision among student teachers in special education and its relation with some variables. 90 male and female student teachers were chosen to respond to a perceived satisfaction scale with training field which consisted of 40 items.


Findings showed that the level of student teachers’ satisfaction training field supervision was high. Significant statistical differences were found on level of satisfaction attributed to variable of gender in favor of female, and type of training organization in favor of governmental institutions. No significant statistical differences were found attributed to accumulative average variables and type of disability dealt with.
