Abstract

Study Summary:

     The study aimed to identify the factors affecting the internal and external environments of the Ministry of Education and its educational institutions in the Kingdom according to the method of systems analysis, and the criteria and indicators for the application of organizational health in them, and to build a proposed model for this using systems analysis, in which the descriptive documentary approach and the systems analysis method were used, and the results showed that there are several factors affecting the internal and external environments of the Ministry of Education and its educational institutions, and that the criteria for implementing organizational health in them are: Focusing on the goal, balance of authority, use of resources, and harmonization of communications, and its indicators reached (40) indicators, and the study reached the construction of a proposed model for the application of organizational health.
