Study Summary: The current study aimed to identify the role of teachers in developing diaspora integration skills among secondary school students in Al-Muzahmiya Governorate. To achieve this goal, the researcher used a descriptive-analytical approach. He prepared a list of diaspora integration skills required for secondary school students, a questionnaire to determine the reality of the teacher's role in developing diaspora integration skills among secondary school students, and a proposed vision for activating this role. The study sample consisted of (165) male and female teachers selected from (10) secondary schools. The study results showed that teachers' ability to develop diaspora integration skills among secondary school students in Al-Muzahmiya Governorate was moderate. Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample attributable to the variables (gender, qualification, and experience). In light of these results, the study presented a set of recommendations, including: The need for those responsible for teacher training to pay attention to the results of the study to improve their performance in light of the diaspora integration skills required for secondary school students.
