Abstract

  The study aimed to identify the reality of applying e-leadership in public schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the digital transformation, the study followed the descriptive analytical approach. A questionnaire was constructed consisting of (42) statements . The questionnaire was applied to a random sample of (195) individuals from directors and deputies of public schools in the Al Majma'ah, Shaqra, and Zulfi education region. The results of the study showed that the degree of leadership practice of electronic leadership obtained an overall average (3.80 out of 5) and a verbal assessment (large). The researcher recommended holding conferences to stimulate the application of electronic leadership in educational institutions, imposing the use of digital technology in schools, holding training courses for school leaders.
