Success Factors in Managing COVID-19 Crisis in Saudi Arabia A Mixed Methods Approachoach

Abstract

The study aims to identify the main contruputive factors that have been undertakedn by Saudi’s Government and its agencies and people, in dealing with Covid-19 phandemic in limiting its negative repercussions. The study refers to enabled procedures, decisions and good practices. Parallel mixed methods design was conducted in gathering and alnalysing data. The degree of trust and satisfaction found to be high among the participants towards the government’s management of the pandemic.
